SPOILERS AHEAD!
I didn't really like Ben since the start. He was cringe and tried too hard. He objectified Fallon since the start. He was messed up. He literally even compared her looks and kisses so some girl he liked... Like is he serious?
When I realised that he's romantically together with Jordyn I was shocked! My stomach dropped when it all added up. And the fact that he came there all smiling thinking she was genuinely going to be happy for him? Why on earth did he even excitedly come to see another girl if he is in a relationship? Man was full on touching her and holding her hands. I am so glad Fallon reacted the way she did and left him. This is probably the first acceptable response I've ever read. In other books, the girl allows the man's shitty behaviour and just puts up with it. For example, Tate in Ugly Love.
But, I wish she allowed Ben to fight and grovel for her more after he ended it with Jordyn. The fact that he showed up after doing something that big and started making out with her was...disgusting. The fact that she LET him was even worse. It was annoying to read. I guess Fallon is like Tate after all, in some ways.
Might I add, this man got turned on when she told him to stop...AND he told her to say it again...
If you like Ben, you need urgent help!
Ian is my faveee. In this book and in Ugly Love. He just has such a caring and attractive demeaner. Really want a book of him!
4 star read!
